INTERVIEW: <br /> Prospective Board Member: Mark C. Eynatian. Vote 3-2 against recommendation of <br /> appointment to Select Board. <br /> 2. MINUTES: <br /> The May 13,2026 Minutes were presented by Chair David Egel.James Loew motioned <br /> to approve the Minutes; seconded by,Sherry Norman; approved unanimously. <br /> 3. APPOINTMENTS AND HEARINGS: <br /> No Public Comment. <br /> 4, COMMUNICATIONS AND CORRESPONDENCE: <br /> (1) Director's Report <br /> Report was distributed was distributed by Heidi McLaughlin. Ms. McLaughlin <br /> reviewed the substantive content of the Report with the Committee. <br /> Sherry Norman motioned to approve the Director's Report; seconded by James Loew; <br /> unanimous vote in favor. <br /> (2) Treasurer's Report i <br /> Report was distributed was distributed by Heidi McLaughlin.
