This family has owned the lot since 1950, it <br /> is the same family, and they are just changing the lot line. The two lots proposed are already <br /> on two lots,just making an adjustment between the two. <br /> Mr. Tobin noted Mr. Nickerson was here to provide Form N on June 17th. The lot line is shared <br /> by two lots with the same owner, making one lot larger and one lot smaller. He recommends <br /> Board approval. <br /> The Mylar was signed by all Board members. <br /> MOTION: <br /> Dennis Balzarini made a motion to endorse this ANR. Seconded by Rob Hansen. <br /> All in favor. <br /> PUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> 6:40PM <br /> Applicant: Bayridge, LLC <br /> Location: 34 Quaker Run Road, Mashpee MA 02649 <br /> Assessor's Reference: Map 83, Lot 21 <br /> Definitive Subdivision Applications Form N Accepted <br /> Request: Elimination of Existing Paper Street. Form N Accepted 7/15/26. <br /> Vice Chair Mike Milbury read the Public Hearing Notice into the record, as Chair Mary Waygan <br /> recused herself from this Public Hearing. <br /> Mr. Tobin provided a back story, as he had a conversation with the applicant's engineers Matt <br /> Eddy and Charlie Rowley, as well as the applicant's attorney. There is some ambiguity over <br /> property rights that would need to be more thoroughly vetted. He had a request from Matthew <br /> Eddy to withdraw the application without prejudice. <br /> MOTION: <br /> Dennis Balzarini made a motion to withdraw the application without prejudice. <br /> Seconded by Rob Hansen. All in favor. <br /> Mr. Tobin recommended taking Public Comment and limiting it to two minutes. <br /> Mr. Milbury referenced correspondence in the packet that he will not be reading aloud but <br /> members can review on their own. <br /> PUBLIC COMMENT <br /> 2 <br />
