Reconsideration of Prior Project Votes Due to Proposed CPA Funding Reduction <br /> <br />The Chair explained that the draft Town Meeting warrant now includes a proposal to reduce the <br />CPA surcharge from 2% to 1% and shift that 1% to the Wastewater Infrastructure Fund. The <br />Chair noted that this was a surprise and had not been discussed with the CPC before it appeared <br />on the draft warrant. Members discussed whether prior funding recommendations should be <br />reconsidered given the possible 50% reduction in future CPA revenue. <br /> <br />a.
