MINUTES: <br /> The July 8, 2026 Minutes were presented by Chair David Egel. Sherry Norman <br /> motioned to approve the Minutes; seconded by Judith Scofield; approved unanimously. <br /> 2. APPOINTMENTS AND HEARINGS: <br /> No Public Comment, <br /> 3. COMMUNICATIONS AND CORRESPONDENCE: <br /> (1) Director's Report <br /> Report was distributed by Heidi McLaughlin.
