Directors Update: <br /> Mr. Gibbons summarized the upcoming May 4, 2026 Annual Town Meeting, the cost of <br /> the two operational override questions: <br /> a. FY2027 $1,500,000: Would add approximately $150 to a Single-Family Residence <br /> assessed at $1,000,000. <br /> b. FY2028 $2,500,000: Would add approximately $250 to a Single-Family Residence <br /> assessed at $1,000,000. <br /> 5.
