CR P7 'ON ONL Y. <br /> The meeting was called to order by the chairperson at 6:85 PM. A quorum was declared with the <br /> following members ber present: Al Allen, Richard Halpern, David Marsch, Fran Laporte, and Kevin Shackett. <br /> Also in attendance: Leila Botsford, Executive Director/Board Secretary. <br /> There was no public comment. <br /> SECRETARY'S REPORT: <br /> Minutes for the regular meeting held on August 27,, 2009 were presented. A notion was made by Mr, <br /> Laporte and seconded by r. Shackett to accept the minutes as presented. The motion was <br /> adopted, <br /> TREASURER'S REPORT: <br /> T: <br /> Budget to Actual and Narrative: Mrs. Botsford provided the heard with the bank account report. She <br /> reported that she has net heard from DHCD yet about the revised budget that was submitted. Torn Joy <br /> could not make it in to do this month's budget-to-actual due to transportation issues. Mrs. Botsford did <br /> speak to him today and he said that he thinks budget guidelines will be issued within the net week or so <br /> with a 0o reduction in spending, Of course there are budget line-items that we cannot decrease b %, <br /> o other lire-items will need to be cut more than %. <br /> Accounts Payables: Mrs. Botsford presented the warrants for all accounts for board review and <br /> signatures. Accounts payables for August 28., 2009 through September 10, 2009: $10,752.60 for 4001, <br /> $9,971.01 for Section B, and $21,889.00 for MF VP. <br /> Dent Delinquencies: Mrs. Botsford reported vire have all rents paid in full at Hor ever Village, Breezy <br /> Acres, and Asher's Path. A motion was made by Mr. Harsch and seconded by Nor. Laporte to <br /> accept the treasurer's report as presented, The notion was adopted. <br /> EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR*S REPORT: <br /> Mrs. Botsford Mated that she had railed her report to the board for the month of August and it is <br /> attached to these minutes as Attachment A. <br /> Mrs. Botsford reported that we have one Breezy Acres resident that will be moving this month and <br /> A her's Path residents that are moving the first of October. <br /> Mrs. Botsford reported Bose is scheduled to go to the Spectrum LIFfTC training next month —which is in <br /> Alabama. <br /> The housing authority received notification from Comcast that the cable rates for residents at Homeyer <br /> Village are going up in November. All residents have been notified and have signed Lease <br /> Addenclums. <br /> Mrs. Botsford reported that she completed the annual Affirmative Action Analysis and the report was <br /> provided to all members. <br />
