i un <br /> own of Nlcashpee <br /> 10 C;reat.)\eck Poad <br /> ''s�ir.i�• Alaslipec, Alassachusctts 0,2049 <br /> Minutes of Meeting of <br /> Design Review Committee <br /> Tuesday, May 18, 2021 <br /> Mashpee Town Hall Waquoit Meeting Room <br /> Design Review Committee Members Present: Dave Morris, Jonathan <br /> Furbush, Joe Callahan, and Tyler Gaudreau. <br /> Dave called the meeting to order at 8:30 am as a virtual remote meeting. <br /> NEW HEARINGS <br /> 8:30 am Project Address: 118 Echo Road <br /> Business Name: Outerland / Maffei Landscape <br /> Owner/Agent: Jamie Odegaard <br /> Engineer: Cape and Islands Engineering <br /> Request: Office, Parking, Utilities and Outdoor Storage, and <br /> Sign for a Landscape Company. <br /> Note: Application filed with ZBA. <br /> Attorney Kevin Kirrane represented the application. Also present was Matt <br /> Costa and Mark Dibb with Cape & Islands Engineering, and Jamie Odegaard <br /> who is the Operator of Outerland who acquired Maffei Landscaping. Also <br /> present was Ray Catignani with ConSery who will be the contractor of the <br /> building that is proposed on Echo Road. The building plans were submitted <br /> and are depict a typical Morton building style with steel and metal on a <br /> concrete base. One building will have some office space, and the other <br /> building will be used for storage of materials and equipment. The sign <br /> rendering was not included in the plans, but can be discussed. <br /> Mark with Cape & Islands Engineering demonstrated the plans of the two <br /> buildings. Most of the parking will be on the side of the main building for <br /> employees, and there is also parking in the front. The main building floor plan <br /> has an open office area, and there are stairs to a second level with open floor <br /> space. The storage building will house trucks and trailers. The outside area <br /> will provide space for the landscape trailers, and employee parking. The sign <br /> will be a black and white pylon sign; 5 ft. x 7ft. situated in the front of the site <br /> displaying the Outerland logo. The site will have a fully designed drainage <br /> system plan. <br /> Jonathan wanted to know the building colors, the window style and material, <br /> and if there will be overhangs of the buildings. <br /> 1 <br />
