March 6, 1981 <br /> Mr. Peter Edgerly <br /> The Board of Selectmen at the request of Peter Edgerly <br /> of Mashpee, voted on March 4, 1981 to seek your opinion <br /> on a matter relating to Chapter 768A of the General haws. <br /> Mr. Edgerly of 43 Wheelhouse Lane, Mashpee, is a <br /> candidate for a one-year unexpired term on the School <br /> Committee. He is employed approximately six hours per <br /> day, five days per week, as a bus driver for Mitchell <br /> Enterprises, a firm that currently holds a school bus <br /> contract with the Town. Mr. Edgerly' s three-year contract <br /> with the "town expires in .June 1982.
