The new building will have retail and warehouse space,as well as <br /> office space for the onsite employees. The building will be accessed from <br /> Ashumet Road;there will be no access to the property from Main Street. The <br /> building facade towards Main Street will have clapboard siding with 6"exposure <br /> on the lower part of the building with white cedar shingles above the fascia line in <br /> the gable. The north,west, and south elevations will be all natural white cedar <br /> shingles,with 5 inches showing to the weather. The four in twelve pitch roof will <br /> be covered with architectural grade asphalt shingles.There will be 6" K style <br /> aluminum gutters with white downspouts to drywells. The windows will be vinyl <br /> clad white and the exterior trim on the building will be white. There will be a hip <br /> roof cover over the retail area entry door on the south elevation.
