Mr . Kyros was advised to put up a plywood mock-
up which could be viewed and commented upon. Mr. Kyros
said he would contact Mr. Hauck in advance when the
mock-up is ready to be viewed, preferably late in the
day so that all interested parties could meet at the
location. The size of the "Drive-Thru" will be
reduced. The menu sign should be settled with the
Building Inspector.
Mr . Hauck left the meeting at 6 : 50 p.m, in order to
attend another town meeting.
The matter of internal lighting, front lighting or back
lighting needs to be discussed with the Board of
Appeals .
2 . An
illumination plan indicated a 20-degree angle tilt .
The fact that lighting is extending beyond the lot
should be made part of the special permit, it was
suggested . Lighting will be addressed in the special
permit . Power in the area is underground .
