DESIGN REVIEW COMMITTEE <br /> MINUTES: WEDNESDAY, MAY 12, 1999 <br /> Present: Members, Edward Govino, Mary Lablanc, Tom O'Hara, Walter Yarosh <br /> Secretary; William Hauck ,f <br /> Deer Crossing Market, 681 Falmouth Road; Signs - David Carboneau - Change of <br /> owners for the Market. Removing two existing signs and replacing them with two new <br /> and smaller signs. A design of the sign was submitted and found acceptable by the <br /> Committee. <br /> Courier's Shell - Automotive Repair Facility - 375 Route 151: John Slavinsky of Cape & <br /> Island Engineering - The following items were discussed -screening the back of the <br /> building, possibility of moving the building forward a few feet to Route 151 to allow <br /> plantings at property line - look at shingling roof- bring in colors - remove parking space <br /> 6 & 7 because of grade, steep drop-off in front and-high rise in rear which would block a <br /> view of traffic - add a few trees on Algonquin Ave. and look to saving more buffer on <br /> Route 151. Applicant to look at changes and resubmit plans at a latter meeting. <br /> South Cape Outlet Stores, Falmouth Road and Donna's Lane, Preview: Don <br /> McLaughlin - Plan and concept were presented and discussed. Plans, landscape and <br /> layout were acceptable to the Committee at this time and when details are completed they <br /> would be presented to the Committee. <br /> i <br />
