Mashpee Design Review Committee <br /> Minutes of Meeting Held Wednesday,July 16,2003 <br /> Mashpee Town Hall Meeting Room 3 <br /> Committee Members Present: Walter Yarosh, Thomas O'Hara, Gregory Enos, and Mary LeBlanc (arrived <br /> 8:12 a.m.). <br /> Absent: Russell Wheeler, Edward Govoni, and Don Myers. <br /> Summary <br /> • Cape Holiday Estates—Stamped approved with condition Mike Day to double check to make sure post <br /> and sign are on their property. <br /> • Maffei Landscape Contractors--Stamped approved with condition that Maffei provide another copy of <br /> Plans to Building Department for Design Review files. <br /> Walter Yarosh, Chairman, called the meeting to order at 8 a.m. <br /> Sins <br /> Mike Day <br /> Cape Holiday Estates <br /> 97 Four Seasons Drive <br /> Mike Day was present and photo and drawing of proposed post and sign were reviewed and discussed. One of <br /> the issues raised and discussed was whether or not to have 2 posts holding the sign, rather than one. It was <br /> voted 2 to 1 to approve with 1 post, as presented by Cape Holiday Estates. One other issue raised was that Mike <br /> Day should double check to be certain post and sign are on their property. <br /> Conclusion: Stamped approved with condition that Mike Day to double check to make sure post and sign on <br /> their property. <br /> Site Plan and Landscaue Review <br /> Maffei Landscape Contractors <br /> Nicoletta's Way <br /> Robert Maffei was present and site plans were reviewed. During the discussion it was noted that the parcels of <br /> land owned by Maffei in Industrial Park are zoned in 2 districts. When Maffei is ready,Mary will do a walk- <br /> through with them to review landscape.
