Minutes.of Combined Meeting of <br /> Mashpee Design Review Committee and <br /> Mashpee Plan Review Committee <br /> Held Thursday, February 28,2008 <br /> Mashpee Town Hall Meeting Room 1 <br /> Design Review Members Present: Richard Stevens. <br /> Plan Review Members Present: <br /> Richard Stevens,Building Inspector <br /> Sheldon Hamblin, Deputy Fire Chief <br /> Ronny Warden, Assistant Health Agent <br /> Drew McManus, Conservation Agent <br /> Tom Fudala, Town Planner <br /> Charlie Maintanis,Local Inspector <br /> Joel Clifford—Fire Department <br /> Ben Perry, Animal Control Officer <br /> Richard Stevens called the meeting to order at 9:05 a.m. <br /> i <br /> PERSONAL KENNEL APPLICATIONS <br /> Sally Ann Robbins and Carol Buchanan <br /> 420 Great Neck Road North <br /> Applicants addressed the Committee stating they've been at this location for 8 years. They also <br /> i <br /> provided the following information: <br /> • Have 8 German Shepherds. <br /> • Breed and show the shepherds and also offer obedience training. <br /> • Chain link fence enclosures. Use outside building_ in good weather; in winter, shelter is <br /> inside in doghouses. <br /> • No houses adjacent to the property. <br /> • Dumpster is on property for the waste and it is picked up once a week at least. <br /> • Most of the dogs are de-barked. This is a laser procedure that is done when they are <br /> puppies and it does not remove their voice but tones down the sound. <br /> Motion: Tom Fudala motioned to approve the application; Charlie Maintanis seconded the <br /> motion; and all voting Committee members approved it. Vote7-0.-0. <br />
