Mashpee Design Review Committee //IC <br /> Minutes of Meeting Held Thursday,August 14,2008 <br /> Mashpee Town Hail Meeting Room 1 <br /> Committee Members Present: Walter Yarosh, Robert Nelson, Tom Jalowy, Thomas O'Hara, and Richard <br /> Stevens. <br /> Walter Yarosh, Chairman, called the meeting to order at 8:32 a.m. <br /> Suns <br /> New Seabury Signage <br /> 60 Great Oak Road <br /> Great Neck Road South <br /> Representative—Dan Buckle <br /> Dan Buckley appeared and said they were planning to replace all signs at New Seabury with signs having the <br /> same flavor as the replaced sign at the Rotary. Mr. Buckley showed on a drawing the placement of existing <br /> signs to be replaced and said all signs are on New Seabury property and that all new signs will be the same size <br /> as those being replaced. He also stated that all roads on New Seabury are private roads. Walter explained to <br /> Mr. Buckley that Design Review Committee cannot approve off-premise signs. Walter said they should fill out <br /> an application and forward it to the Board of Selectmen for approval. <br /> Conclusion: Design Review Committee suggested Mr. Buckley get the engineering site plan to see where <br /> the signs sit on the property line; and,if necessary, apply to Board of Selectmen for approval. <br /> Global Cellular <br /> South Cape Village <br /> 1B South Street <br /> Representative—Jim Butler <br /> No one appeared; no application filled in. <br /> Conclusion: Nothing to be done until applicant completes application. <br /> Approval of Minutes <br /> Design Review Committee Minutes of April 10, 2008 were already approved by Design Review Committee at <br /> the July 24, 2008 joint meeting of Design Review and Plan Review. <br /> Adjournment...This portion of Design Review Meeting was adjourned at 8:45 a.m. so that the Committee <br /> could reconvene for a combined meeting with the Plan Review Committee. <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> iGiliberti <br /> rding Secretary <br />
