PERSONNEL BOARD MEETING of November 16, 1976 was called to order at 7:30 P.M. <br /> by Frank Leonardi, Chairman with Wilma Graham, Ken Parolski and John Peters <br /> attending. <br /> Minutes of November 8, 1976 accepted as corrected. <br /> The following vacations approved; <br /> Chief George Bingham--November 19, 1976 <br /> Horace' Pocknett--11/29-12/10/76 <br /> David T. Aitchison--12/27--12/31/76 <br /> A letter was sent to Ralph Hendricks requesting to meet with the Board and <br /> the Board of Selectmen on November 22, 1976 at 8 o'clock. <br /> Jerry DePalma's vacation rescheduled to 11/23,11/24 and 11/29/76 because <br /> Fri. , Nov. 26 is a town holiday. <br /> Two additional applications were filed for temporary position of town accountant <br /> and due to the fact that the applications were late filed, and further, it <br /> was the wishes of the Selectmen that the Personnel Board take immediate action <br /> regarding the recommendation to fill this position the applications were not <br /> considered. Motion made, seconded, and unanimously voted that Mrs. Joan <br /> Muse be recommended to the Board of Selectmen to fill the position of temporary <br /> . town accountant at the salary reate of $147.60 per week which is is accord <br /> J with the Salary Administration Plan called for this position--Grade 11-Step 1. <br /> Communication sent Board of Selectmen recommending that we accept Sgt. Robert <br /> Costa's resignation effective November 10, 1976 from the Town of Mashpee <br /> Police Department. <br /> The new revised Salary Administration Plan was reread and additional changes <br /> incorporated. <br /> The meeting was adjourned at 10:30 P.M. <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> J_,t� L <br /> Irene Kosaric <br />
