Minutes of 1111eeting of the Personnel Board of September 7, 19 6 Meeting was called to order at 7:30 P.I - by Frank Leonardi, Chairman with members Chester Brown, and John Peters attending. Correspondence was acted upon as follows: A letter was sent_to the Board of Selectmen requesting them to notify the insurance carrier that Workmen Compensation checks or a copy thereof' be routed to treasurer'.s office 'so that she can make .adjustment of salary checks accordingly. Lansing Pocknett-in order for the town to recoup overpayment, a letter was sent to the Board of Selectmen suggesting that a. normnal anaunt be taken "rom his salary weekly until $S96.65 is repaid--overpayment was due to lack of knowledge of amount of Workmen"s Compensation check. Larry Dove's probationary-period waived effective October 1, 1976. Frank Hicks , Executive Secretary was requested to obtain from department heads the description of what each town employee is performing and also the number of hours each employee works in arty given week. Sent a letter to Mr. George Green, Superintendent of Streets informing him that Helen Kondochriste was not entitled to the $500.00 additional compensation ask voted at the last town meeting as it was intended for full time employees. Letter was sent to Yvonne Peters, Curator of the Wampanoag Indian Museum returning request of leave of Ruth Crowley as she is still in the six month probationary period. Noted and read report from Chief Bingham pertaining to reinjury of Robert L. Costa. Due to insufficient information, no action was taken by the board.
