Personnel Board Meeti of October 28, 1976 called to order by Frank Leonardi, <br /> Chairman at 7:30 P.M. with members Wilma Graham, Ken Parolski, and John <br /> Peters attending, <br /> ?Minutes of October 18, 19,16 accepted as presented. <br /> The Roard voted the following merit raises effective October 1, 1976 <br /> George F. Green, Jr. Grade 8 Step 3 $3.35 <br /> Richard Oakley Grade 8 Step 3 3.35 <br /> The following vacations approved: <br /> Patricia Green 11/1-11/12,176 <br /> David K. Fitzgerald 10/24-10/27/76 <br /> Wilson H. Landers 2/18/77-2/28/77 <br /> Suspension, of Ralph Hendricks discussed, and a letter was sent to him requesting <br /> that he meet on Mon. , Nov. 1, 1976 at 8:op P.M. with the Board. Also a letter sent <br /> to Mr. .DePalma requesting that he meet with the Board at 8:30 about same. <br /> Letter sent to Frank Hicks approving his merit raise retroactive to July 1, 1976-- <br /> present level will be Grade 21 Step 2. <br /> The Board. is sending a Letter to the Board of Selectmen requesting them to meet <br /> with the Board on November 15, 1976 regarding administrative policies. <br /> Ackn%Kdged letter from Brenda de Barros regarding Barbara Pocknett's sick <br /> leave accrual, and concurred her leave is effective through Nov. 24, 1976. Firs. <br /> Pocknett advised of same. <br /> Board voted to place an ad for Temporary Full Time Town Accountant. <br /> Letter sent to Dr. L'Antuono advising him that the Salary Administration Plan <br /> is intended for Town Employees only--copy sent to Mrs. Eleanor Ringley, School <br /> Cafeteria Worker. <br /> Two requests sent to Town Counsel--one pertaining Sgt.
