Minutes of the Personnel Board Meeting, Monday October 4,_ 1976 <br /> The meeting was called to order at 7:30 P.M. by Frank Leonardi, Chairman <br /> with all board members present--Wilma Graham, Ken Parolski' and John Peters. <br /> The minutes of September 27th and September 28th were accepted as read, <br /> The Board met with Eleanor Ringley and Mary Hendricks, Cafeteria Workers <br /> of the Mashpee School Dept. regarding their request for vacation leave in <br /> keeping with other town employees. They were advised that as School Dept. <br /> employees they do not come under the Salary Administration Plan; therefore <br /> the Personnel Board has no jurisdiction in granting them any vacation leave. <br /> A communication from the Board of Selectmen regarding town employees working <br /> 35 hours and being paid for 40 hours was noted and filed. <br /> The Board met with Mr. Oliver Pocknett regarding an anniversary step raise <br /> increase and was advised that a letter would be sent by the Board in order to <br /> effect his receipt of same.- <br /> The Board approved the following vacations: <br /> Marilyn Hendricks 10/12-10/15/76 <br /> Vard.en 0. Kelly 10/18-10/22/76 <br /> David K. Fitzgerald 9129/76 <br /> Grace Maddox 10/5-10/8/76 Ga�b'7 <br /> The Board met with Sergeant. Robert L. Costa as a 'result of a report of <br /> allegations made by Chief Bingham and Deputy Frye, and the matter will be <br /> farther discussed after further information regarding it isrreceived. <br /> The proposed changes in the Salary Administration Plan were discussed. <br /> A motion to adjourned was made at 11:40 P.M. by Wilma Graham and seconded. <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br />
