Minutes of Meeting of the Personal Board of August 8, 1977. <br /> Present: Frank Leonardi , Wilma Graham, Ken Parolski <br /> Absent: John Peters , Jr. <br /> Letter received from Katherine Hendrick relative to position of clerk in the <br /> Tax Collector-Treasurer's Office.. Interview to be held August ,15, 1977. <br /> Copy of letter from Selectmen to Representative Cahir regarding George Costa <br /> was noted and filed. <br /> !Notification of appointment of Joseph R. Reardon as Town Counsel was noted <br /> and filed. <br /> A letter received from the Mashpee Police Association grieving Shift Changes <br /> was noted. A letter to be sent to Chief Bingham requesting clarification <br /> of the matter. <br /> A copy of letter to Selectmen from Chief Bingham requesting that a Sargeant <br /> be appointed was noted and filed. <br /> A copy of letter to Remmert Kokmeyer from Chief Bingham relative to alleged <br /> "unbecoming conduct" of Officer Kokmeyer regarding letter written to editor <br /> in the newspaper noted and filed. <br /> An interview was held with Debra Umina for a part time secretarial position. <br /> Her application was placed on file for future reference. <br /> A letter from Chief Bingham was read relative to a request for overtime pay <br /> • for Sargeant Gonsalves and Officer Dami , because they appeared before the <br /> PersorYOUBoard after completing their tour of duty was read. Board unanimously <br /> voted that no overtime or other compensation be granted. Letter to this <br /> effect to be sent to appropriate individuals. <br /> A copy of letter to Chief Bingham from Marcia Duchame was read requesting her <br /> withdrawal of leave of absence. Request was noted and concurred with.
