• The Personnel Board meeting of June 27, 1977 was called to order by <br /> Chairman Frank Leonardi at 7.30 P.M. with Board Members John Peters <br /> and Wilma Graham present. <br /> Chief Mills of the Fire Dept. met with the Board to discuss the new <br /> proposed Fire Contract. <br /> The Board interviewed six applicants for the position of Secretary <br /> to the Curator of the Wampanoag Indian Museum. Ms. Franny Golden, <br /> Curator was present to assist the Board in determining the best <br /> qualified individual. Three names were submitted to the Board. of <br /> Selectmen with relevant information received. <br /> Vacations approved as follows: Warren Hicks 7/2-7/3 <br /> Frank Hicks 7/8---7/9 <br /> 7/11--7/12 <br /> Mitchell Swierz 7/18--7/22 <br /> • The Board granted Ronald Pocknett, Conservation Officer permission to <br /> carryover sax vacation days to FY1977/78 as requested. <br /> Advised Town Accountant, Joan Muse that Timothy Garvey and David Austin <br /> were appointed Temporary Laborers for the Highway Dept. <br /> Acknowledged letter of resignation with deep regrets from Brenda DeBarros , <br /> Assistant Town Accountant effective July 8, 1977. Position to be advertised <br /> in the Cape Cod Standard Times and Falmouth-Enterprise, and interviews of <br /> candidates are to be conducted on July 18, 1977. <br /> Letter sent to Brenda DeBarros concurring that she has fourteen vacation <br /> (14) days credited as of July 8, 1977. <br /> Communication sent to Jerry DePalma, Recreation Director advising him of <br /> summer appointments recommended to Board of Selectmen for his department. <br />
