Meein g of May 31. 1977 was called to order by Frank <br /> Leonardi, Chairman at 7:30 P.M. with members John Peters , Ken Parolski, <br /> and Wilma Graham attending. <br /> The Board met with Patricia Green and Grace Maddox, at their request, <br /> of the Assessor's office , pertaining to allegations made by George DeLory, <br /> Chairman of the Board of Assessors. They were represented by Counsel <br /> Robert Terrry, The Board after much deliberation concluded that the <br /> Board of Assessors should attempt to resolve the problem within their own <br /> Board. firs. Wilma. Graham abstained from participating in the discussion. <br /> Vacations approved as follows: <br /> Lawrence K. Frye 5/31--6/3/77 <br /> Donald J. Duarte 7/4---7I7I77 <br /> Certificate received from Dr. D'Iorio on physical of Raymond Martini--zx,ted <br /> \ and filed. <br /> E <br /> Advised Joan Muse, Town Accountant to pay Firs. Doris Hendricks for one weed; � <br /> i <br /> worked in May. <br /> Communication sent to Joan Muse, Town Accountant to pay firs, Carolyn Benway <br /> for clerical work during the period of May 31 through June 3, 1977 performed <br /> in the office of the Town Clerk. <br /> The new proposed Fire Contract was further discussed with bargaining repre= <br /> sentatives , James Volpe, Greg Willis and James Medeiros. <br /> Noted and filed cortimunication from Board of Selectmen complimenting the Board <br /> on the Salary Administration Plan to be effected July 1, 1977, <br /> Tt was unanimously voted by the Board that its next regular meeting will be <br /> on Monday evening June 20, 1977. <br /> Yeeting was adjourned at 10:30 P.M. <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> • JA,(AJ <br /> CC: Board of Selectmen <br />
