r <br /> The meeting of the Personnel Board of February 14, 1977 <br />' called to order at 7:00 P.M. by Frank Leonardi, Chairman <br /> with Ken Parolski, John Peters and Wilma Graham attending. <br /> Florence Lucas, Town Treasurer and Joan Muse, Town Accountant <br /> met with the Board to discuss the 1976/77 cost of living <br /> increase of $500.00 which was voted to all Full Time <br /> employees at the annual meeting of 1976. <br /> Vacation approved- for Marcia Ducharme--Feb.22, 23,24, 1977. <br /> Communication sent to Board of Selectmen advising that as <br /> of March 18, 1977, Mars. Ruth Crowley' s resignation date, <br /> she will have accrued two days annual leave. <br /> Memo sent to IVirs. Ruth Crowley advising her that using <br /> Ramona Peters as a Tour Guide would be appropriate; however <br /> the Board would like to be informed on an estimate basis <br /> how many times she will be asked to serve and on what dates. <br /> Advised Robert Maxim, Selectman that on February 22 and <br /> 23rd, 1977 a study of the Mashpee Police Department will be <br /> conducted whereby each patrolman will be individually <br /> interviewed, and his presence requested as a representative <br /> of the Board of Selectmen. <br /> Communication sent to the Mashpee Police Department re- _ <br /> questing each patrolman individually to meet with this <br /> Board relating to the study of that department.
