Kelly 2/7-2/9/77 <br /> Further request made of the Board of Selectmen regarding <br /> Mra. Natalie Costa, Library assistant to clarify appointment. <br /> Letter sent to Board of Selectmen advising them that the <br /> Salary and Wage scales not as yet completed for the new <br /> proposed Salary Administration Plan; Board requested an <br /> article be placed in the Annual Town Meeting Warrant. <br /> , requested also to place another article creating a position <br /> of Personnel Officer. <br /> Correspondence sent to Board of Selectmen -pertaining Helen <br /> • Kondochriste , Secretary/Dispatcher, .Highway Department; <br /> that effective February 1, 1977 , the position will be a� <br /> permanent one. <br /> Further study was made on the new proposed.
