The PERSONNEL BOARD IvEETING of January 24, 1977 was called to <br /> order by Frank Leonardi, Chairman with members John Peters and <br /> Wilma Graham attending. <br /> It was -unanimous) voted that minutes of January 1 y Y 7, 1977 be f <br /> approved as amended. E <br /> Vacation approved for Sgt. Albert Gonsalves, Police Department <br /> 1/24-1/28/77--2/1-2/6/77. <br /> The Board met with George Green, Highway Department and Secretary <br /> Helen Kondochriste. The Board discussed the present classification <br /> of the Secretary/Dispatcher position with George Green and the f <br /> Board's determination is that an article must be placed in the ' <br /> annual town meeting warrant requesting that the position be made , <br /> permanent. <br /> Communication sent to Board of Selectmen. regarding Mrs. Natalie <br /> Costa who has been working at the Library to establish date of <br /> beginning employment. <br /> Letter sent to George Green requesting an explanation why injury <br /> sustained by Burley Greene, Jr. on January 18, 1977 was filed <br /> with County of Barnstable Retirement System. <br /> Responded to Chief Bingham that Appraisal Forms which require <br /> considerable man hours to complete are most helpful to this <br /> Board in assisting us in determining employees individual { <br /> • performance. <br /> Noted that Wednesday January 26, 1977 the new contract of the <br /> Klashpee Police Employee Association, Inc. will be signed and <br /> all Board Members requested to attend. <br /> Notified B. Jean Thomas, Administrative Assistant that this - <br /> Board intends to meet with Town Employees representatives prior <br /> to any public meeting discussing the proposed revised Salary <br /> Administration Plan. <br /> Scheduled Monday February 7 1977 at 8:00 P.M. a meeting with <br /> Mashpee Permanent Fire Fights to negotiate a new contract. <br /> Sent letter to Board of Selectmen p ertainin to Ralph Hendric <br /> ks/ <br /> Lansing Pocknett stating that this Board whole heartedly opposed <br /> to denying the above fringe benefits to which all full time town <br /> employees are entitled as this is not in adherence to the Salary <br /> Administration Plan. <br /> Letter sent to Dr. E.
