BOARD OF MANAGERS <br /> MINUTES <br /> UPPER CAPE REGIONAL TRANSFER STATION <br /> June 9, 2025 <br /> 9:00 AM <br /> Waquoit Room <br /> Mashpee Town Hall <br /> 16 Great Neck Road North <br /> Members Present: Catherine Laurent, Mashpee <br /> Peter McConarty, Falmouth <br /> Others Present: Carl Cavossa, Cavossa Disposal Corp. <br /> Greg Crowley, Cavossa Disposal Corp. <br /> Jena Bayuk, Barrows Waste Systems <br /> Lisa Barrows, Barrows Waste Systems <br /> The Board of Managers convened the meeting at 9:11 AM in the aquoit Room at Mashpee <br /> Town Hall. <br /> Old Business: <br /> LICRTS IMA Peter stated his preference for a longer term. Catherine agreed and suggested a 20 <br /> year term. Peter said he'd confirm with Falmouth Town Counsel the length of term allowable <br /> and process for approval, <br /> CDL Lease Mashpee Town Counsel did not get back to Catherine with a response regarding <br /> whether the lease with the CDC could be extended and what the maximum allowable term, <br /> She'll follow up but Peter will also ask the same question of Falmouth Town Counsel, <br /> Next MegtM <br /> The next meeting will be on July 14th, 2025 at 9 AM.
