<br /> Chairperson Marcia King called the meeting to order at 8:30 PM.
<br /> REVIEW of MINUTES
<br /> The minutes from the meeting of 4/19105 were unanimously approved by the Board.
<br /> REAL AND PERSONAL PROPERTY ABATEMENT APPLICATICiN APPROVALS (See Att #� n _A).
<br /> Heather Noyes made a motion, seconded by Jason streebel, that the Board accept the-1.8 applications
<br /> for real estate property tax abatements, and the 4 applications for personal property tax abatements listed `
<br /> on Mate Tax Form 185 dated 4/26/08, beginning with the name I angel, James C., Parcel IIS#3-10-0-R,
<br /> ,
<br /> and ending with the name Carter,Jeremy, Parcel ID#13366-0-0-P. The Board unanimously approved
<br /> the emotion.
<br /> The four personal property tax abatement applications included on the above Tax Form are.-

<br /> Heather Nopas made a motion, seconded by Jason Btreebel, that the Board deny 26 of the 31
<br /> applications for real estate and personal property tax abatements listed on Mate Tac Form 185 dated
<br /> 4/28105, beginning with the name Regan, George Sr., Parcel ID#650-22-15-0-R, and ending with the
<br /> . name Mashpee IJ arnpanoag Tribal Indian council Inc. The Burd unanimously approved the motion.
<br /> There are five personal property tax abatement application denials included on the above Tax Form.
