<br /> the request that members review them and come to the next
<br /> meeting prepared to make corrections *

<br /> A. Librarian
<br /> The Librarian ' s September report was read and accepted.
<br /> Mrs . Kingsley also verbally reported on the following :
<br /> a. A quantity of older books have been placed on the
<br /> library extreme top shelf in order to free up space
<br /> for new books .
<br /> b . A set of spare keys to the library has been made , for
<br /> emergency , They will be kept in a safe place available
<br /> to the librarian and assistants .
<br /> C . The electric pump malfunctioned again , and was repaired.
<br /> d. The library is allowed to use t-he postage machine in the
<br /> "down Hall for -mailing of materials , with no charge to the
<br /> library budget .
<br /> It was therefore unanimously voted that the monthly
<br /> Trustees meeting agenda and the Previous month ' s
<br /> minutes be mailed to members so- that there will be
<br /> opportunity for review of the, minutes in advance o
<br /> each meeting .
