mASS,;FORM 541 ORDER FOR JOINT OR IDENTICAL POLE LOCATIONS
<br /> F In Board of Selectmen of the Town of K.SP , 4Wachusetts.
<br /> ' Notice having been given and a public hearing held, as provided by law,
<br /> IT IS HEREBY ORDERED:
<br /> that the NEw ENGLAND TELEPHONE AND TELEGRAPH COMPANY and
<br /> F CAPE & VINEYARD ELECTRIC COMPANY
<br /> be and they are hereby granted point or identical locations for and permission to erect and maintain poles
<br /> and their respective wires and cables to be placed thereon, together with such sustaining and protecting
<br /> fixtures as said Companies may deem necessary, in the public way or ways hereinafter referred to,as requested
<br /> in petition of said Companies dated the 1 t day of September, 19 4T,
<br /> y All construction under this order shall be in accordance with the following conditions-.
<br /> Poles shall be of sound timber, and reasonably straight,and shall be set substantially at the points indi-
<br /> cated upon the plan marked—N. T. C ., Igo, 693 Dated Sept. 1 , 1947. -
<br /> filed with said petition. There may be attached to said poles by said NEW ENGLAND TEL PHONE
<br /> AND TELEGRAPH COMPANY not to exceed 40 wires and 2 cables.

<br /> CAPE & VINEYARD ELECTRIC C01VIPANY not to exceed
<br /> necessary wires, cables and ftxtures,
<br /> and all of said wires and cables shah be placed at a height of not less than 18 feet from the ground
<br /> t highway crossings, and not less than 18 feet from the ground elsewhere,
<br /> The following are the public ways or parts of ways along which the poles above referred to may be
<br /> meted, and the number of.poles which may be erected thereon ender this order:--
<br /> QUINAQUISSETT AVENUE., from Old Orchard Road easterly 1 Pole.
