Affordable Housing Projects in Development[Reporting will occur as projects move ahead] <br /> 1. LeClair Village <br /> a. Development Dave Quinn, Director of Development for HAC,has been invited to give a <br /> report on the status of construction and the project schedule. <br /> b. Marketing Policy The Town Planner will report on the status of the Local Preference Policy <br /> a. zog Old Barnstable Road Planning on the traffic study on track. Next step is consultant selection. <br /> 3. Mashpee Commons <br /> a. Ch.4oB Project, Ph 1A: 32 units completed. Planning is underway for the remaining zo units. <br /> b. Ch.4oB Project, Development of 127 units is in progress. The MC development team <br /> Ph.1B thru D: is planning to present the project to the Committee later this year <br /> 4. Wampanoag Village 24 of 42 units completed. <br /> 5• Si Sampsons Mill Rd The first step in the project is to draft an RFQ to select a consultant who will <br /> (the"VFW Site"): carry outthe feasibility study. <br /> B. Housing Production Plan: Work on the HPP has begun with the Barrett Consulting Group.
