Affordable Housing Projects in Development[Reporting will occur as projects move ahead] <br /> 1. LeClair Village <br /> a. Development The project is still in construction. Dave Quinn has been invited to give a <br /> year-end report on this project at the Committee's December meeting. <br /> b. Marketing Policy The Evan Lehrer submitted the Local Preference Policy to EOHLC. <br /> it is currently under review. A January start to marketing is anticipated. <br /> 2. 209 Old Barnstable Road Consultant proposals for a traffic study received in response to the RFQ <br /> are being reviewed by the Town Manager. A decision is expected soon. <br /> 3. Mashpee Commons Progress on the Chapter 4oB project is progressing as follows: <br /> a. Phase 1A: 32 units completed. Planning is underway for the remaining zo units. <br /> b. Phases 1B thru 1D: Development of 127 units is in progress. The MC development team <br /> is planning to present the project to the Committee before yearend <br /> 4. Wampanoag Village 24 of 42 units completed. <br /> 5• 51 Sampsons Mill Rd Evan Lehrer,Community Development Director,drafted a Request For <br /> Qualifications(RFQ)to send out to consultants to do a feasibility study. <br /> 6. 12 Cypress Circle Now that title for this property was clarified in probate court,the owner wants to <br /> sell it land to the Affordable Housing Trust. The Trust voted to approve the <br /> purchase for the asking price and proceed with the transfer of title. <br /> 7. 26 Main Street The owner wants to sell his vacant land to the Town for Affordable Housing.On <br /> December 4,the Affordable Housing Trust voted to have an appraisal done <br /> B. Housing Production Plan: <br /> Alexis Lanzillotta from the Barrett Consulting Group,will present the results of the online housing survey, <br /> the focus groups,and a draft of the HPP Goals&Strategies for the Committee to review. <br /> NEW BUSINESS <br /> A draft of the 2024 Meeting schedule will be presented for approval. <br /> WAMPANOAG HOUSING ISSUES [This is a standing agenda item forthe Tribal Housing Commission and the <br /> Committee's Tribal Member to raise affordable housing matters of concern to both the Tribe and the Town] <br /> ADDITIONAL TOPICS [This space is reserved for topics the Chairman did not reasonably anticipate would need to be <br /> discussed] <br /> PUBLIC COMMENT [The public is encouraged to contribute comments on any topic covered during this meeting, or on <br /> affordable housing matters in general which are of concern to the Town of Mashpee.] <br /> ADJOURNMENT <br /> UPCOMING MEETING: To be determined at the meeting on December 12 <br />
