GENEC; <br /> ` Section 1. No person shall throb,: or sweep into, or place or drop, <br /> T, or suffer to remain in any street , any hoops , boards, or other wood with <br /> nails projecting therefrom or nails of any kind, shavings, ashes, hair, <br /> manure , rubbish offal or filth of any kind, or any noxious or refuse <br /> liquid or solid substance. <br /> Section 2. No Person shall allow any sink water or other impure <br /> liquid to run from the house , barn or lot, occupied by him into any street <br /> of the town. <br /> . Section 3 . No person shall barter, or trade, and collect junk with- <br /> out a license from the Selectmen of the Town. <br /> I ARTICLE II. IEGULiTION OF TRAILER COACH PJ 'rj S AND AUTO-TRAILL <br /> 'tiS <br /> Section 1. No license shall be granted under the provisions of <br /> Chapter 140, Section 32A to Section 32L, inclusive, of the General Laws, <br /> except by the unanimous vote of the Board of Selectmen. No renewal of <br /> such license shall be granted except by the unanimous vote of the Board <br /> of Selectmen. <br /> Section 2. RULES AND REGULATIONS. The Board of Selectmen of the Town <br /> of Mashpee shall have the power to promulgate rules and regulations for <br /> the enforcement of the provisions of this ordinance, and for the purpose <br /> of insuring the maintenance of tourist camps and structures therein in a <br /> manner compatible with public health and safety. <br /> } ' Section 3 . REGULATION. No person shall park, store or occupy a tent or <br /> trailer for living or business purposes except the owner of land may permit <br /> occupancy of such land by non-paying guests using a trailer ( but not a <br /> tent) , for living purposes, for a period not exceeding twenty (20) days in <br /> s any calendar year. A permit for this purpose must be obtained from the <br /> Building inspector before the land can be so occupied. No more than one <br /> guest trailer permitted with any one residence or on any one lot. <br /> Motion was made and seconded that : the Town repeal the existing <br /> Town By-Laws, insofar as they are inconsistant with the following by-laws, <br /> and to adopt Chapter I, Chapter II, as amended, and Article I of Chapter III <br /> of the following by-laws in their stead. j <br /> Voted 33 for, none opposed. <br /> A true Copy <br /> Attest: <br /> Carol A.
