l <br /> i <br /> i <br /> i <br /> 9.3746 Proposed utility systems. <br /> 9.3747 Detailed architectural plans including <br /> floor plans. <br /> 9.375 The Board of Appeals shall transmit to the <br /> Planning Board and to the applicant the decision <br /> of the Board of Appeals within ninety (90) days <br /> of the date of hearing. Approval shall be con- <br /> ditioned upon approval of the Planning Board <br /> under the subdivision control law. <br /> 9.38 Planning Board Approval — Upon approval of the <br /> Board of Appeals the developer shall present the fol- <br /> lowing to the Planning Board; o <br /> 9.381 Subdivision plan in accordance with rules and <br /> regulations of the subdivision control law of the <br /> Town of Mashpee; <br /> 9.382 General development plans shall be required in <br /> addition to the subdivision plan for a project <br /> including multi-family housing and shall include <br /> the following documents; <br /> 9.3821 Site plan showing project location, build- <br /> ing locations, roads, parking, grading, <br /> pedestrian circulation, and any other per- <br /> tinent information required by the Plan- <br /> ning Board; <br /> 9.3822 Building plan showing plans and eleva- <br /> tion of proposed and existing buildings; <br /> 9.3823 Open space plan showing parks, recrea- <br /> tion facilities, landscaping and proposed <br /> topography, and other pertinent infor- <br /> mation required by the Planning Board; <br /> 9.3824 Road profile plans and Engineering plans <br /> showing utilities including water supply, <br /> sewage disposal, electrical service, storm <br /> drainage (including capacity) and other <br /> pertinent information required by the <br /> Planning Board; <br /> 9.3825 Covenants or other documents satisfac- <br /> tory to the Planning Board to insure the <br /> open space will remain open and not <br /> built upon. <br /> 31 <br />
