"I don't even have side boards on my
truck."
Mr. DiMaggio stated, "I know that."
Mr. Gangemi stated, "It is basically an 11 yard truck." "I would like to be able to
use the dump."
Mr. DiMaggio stated, "I just want a mutual agreement."
Mr. Gangemi stated, "How does he have the right to throw me out of a town
dump, that's what I want to know."
Mr. Ball stated, "He is the contractor at that dump." "The process is that he stops
you and then they come see the Board and then we settle it."
Mr. Cram questioned, "Have the loads that have been hauled in there at this point
been paid for?"
Mr. Gangemi responded, "No, I haven't signed the slip until I got this resolved."
Mr. Cram stated, "This would be one reason why he could stop at this point until it
is resolved."
Mr. Ball stated, "It is the same even if a resident gives somebody a hard time up
there, they can shut them off and then they come in front of us." "It's their right to do
that."
Mr. DiMaggio questioned, "Isn't that part of my job?"
Mr. Ball responded, "Yes."
Mr. DiMaggio stated, "Our job is if their not putting the recycling stuff where it
goes and the garbage where it goes and everything else where it goes we can shut them off
for not going according to the rules."
Mr. Cram stated, "That has to be your responsibility because, let's face it, we can't
be there all the time to do it."
