k <br /> TOWN OF MASHPEE <br /> BOARD OF HEALTH <br /> January 12, 1995 <br /> Meeting called to order at 7:00 p.m. <br /> Members present: Steven R. Ball, John T. Doherty and Robert F. Cram, Sr. <br /> THE TAPE IS NOT PART OF THE MEETING IT IS FOR THE PURPOSE OF <br /> TRANSCRIPTION ONLY. <br /> Mr. Steven R. Ball, Chairman <br /> 1.) Warrants signed. <br /> 2.) Mr. Doherty motioned to approve the minutes of December 29, 1994, Mr. Cram <br /> seconded, all agreed. <br /> 3.) Annual Town Election- Acknowledged. <br /> 4.) Letter to Exec. Sec. re: Town Vehicle - Acknowledged. <br /> 5.) Merganser Trust subdivision access road - Mr. McQuaid relayed, "The access <br /> roads apparently are not wide enough to meet fire and emergency vehicle requirements." <br /> "I would recommend that if Police and Fire approve this short distance of a non- <br /> conforming road then we should forward our approval." <br /> Mr. Doherty motioned to forward a memo to the Planning Board stating this <br /> Board forwards its preliminary approval pending fire and police approval, Mr. Cram <br /> seconded, all agreed. <br /> APPOINTMENT: Town Counsel - Executive Session <br /> At this time (7:10 p.m.) Mr. Ball motioned to adjourn from the regular meeting <br /> and enter in Executive Session, Mr. Cram seconded, all agreed. <br /> The regular meeting resumed at 7:50 p.m.. <br />
