TOWN OF MASHPEE <br /> BOARD OF HEALTH <br /> January 15, 1998 <br /> Meeting called to order at 7:00 p.m. <br /> Members present: Steven R. Ball, John T. Doherty and Robert F. Cram, Sr. <br /> THE TAPE IS NOT PART OF THE MEETING IT IS FOR THE PURPOSE OF <br /> TRANSCRIPTION ONLY. <br /> Mr. Steven R. Ball, Chairman <br /> 1.) Warrants signed. <br /> 2.) Mr. Cram motioned to accept the minutes of December 18, 1997, Mr. Doherty <br /> seconded, all agreed. <br /> 3.) Letter from Town Counsel re: Aueat - Acknowledged. <br /> 4.) Appointment of Animal Control Officers - Mr. Cram motioned to appoint Ms. <br /> June Daley, Animal Control Officer for the town of Mashpee and Dr. Mark Oldham, <br /> D.V.M. as Animal Inspector's for the town of Mashpee for a one year term beginning <br /> March 1, 1998 through February 28, 1999, Mr. Doherty seconded, all agreed. <br /> 5.) License to administer controlled substance by Animal Control Officer - Mr. Cram <br /> motioned to grant a license to June Daley, Animal Control Officer for the town of <br /> Mashpee, to obtain, receive or purchase a hypodermic syringe, hypodermic needle or any <br /> instrument adapted for the administration of controlled substances for the intended use of <br /> euthanizing sick or injured wild animals, Mr. Doherty seconded, all agreed. <br /> 6.) Emergena failure certification 19 Great Pines Drive and 26 Melissa Avenue <br /> 19 Great Pines Drive - Mr. McQuaid relayed, "I inspected the site and found the <br /> cesspool root bound. <br /> Board members forwarded their signature's to the "Emergency Repair <br /> Certification"form. <br />
