NUNUTES February 19, 1998 3 BOARD OF HEALTH <br /> 68 Cayuga Avenue - Mr. Evans relayed, "The applicant is requesting a 5' State sideline <br /> variance and a 2' local variance from the proposed leaching facility to abutting well (#72 <br /> Cayuga Avenue). <br /> Mr. Cram motioned to grant the variances as stated by W. Evans, Mr. Ball <br /> seconded., <br /> 68 West Way - Mr. Evans relayed, "The applicant cannot maintain 150' between the <br /> proposed on-site well and an abutting leaching facility." "This is a pre-approved <br /> subdivision." "The variance requested is a 17.5' from#83 West Way." <br /> Mr. Cram motioned to grant a 17.5' local variance from the proposed on-site well <br /> to abutting leaching facility(#83 West Way), Mr. Ball seconded. <br /> 4.) Request to waive per fee: Boys & Girls Club - Mr. Evans relayed, "This is non-profit <br /> organization." "The engineer and backhoe operator have volunteered their services." <br /> Mr. Cram motioned to waive the perk fee for the Boys & Girls Club, Mr. Ball <br /> seconded. <br /> *****OLD BUSINESS***** <br /> 1. Tobacco Sales Regulation <br /> ation <br /> Mr. Ball stated, "I would like to continue this matter until all Board members are <br /> in attendance." <br /> Mr. Cram agreed. <br /> 2.)
