Cram, Sr. <br /> THE TAPE IS NOT PART OF THE MEETING IT IS FOR THE PURPOSE OF <br /> TRANSCRIPTION ONLY. <br /> Mr. Steven R. Ball, Chairman <br /> 1.) Warrants signed. <br /> 2.) Mr. Cram motioned to accept the minutes of January 8, 1998 and January 15, 1998, <br /> Mr. Doherty seconded, all agreed. <br /> Mr. Doherty motioned to accept the minutes of January 29, 1998, Mr. Ball <br /> seconded. <br /> Mr. Cram motioned to accept the minutes of February 5, 1998, Mr. Doherty <br /> seconded. <br /> 3. Letter from Mr. Oppenheim re: 71 Russell Road - Mr. McQuaid relayed, "The <br /> ) �p <br /> tight tank is the most environmentally safe alternative to this situation rather than what <br /> D.E.P. states." "I would recommend the Board forward a memo to D.E.P. backing up <br /> our decision that we will support a tight tank in this situation." <br /> Mr. Ball motioned to direct Mr. McQuaid to forward a letter to D.E.P. supporting <br /> the installation of a tight tank at 71 Russell Road, Mr. Cram seconded, all agreed. <br /> 4.) V.O.C. test result re: Oak Hollow - Mr. McQuaid stated, "As you recall Mr. <br /> Caffyn and others were concerned about the military taking tests on Ashumet Road." "At <br /> that time the Board instructed me to take a v.o.c. test which came up clean." <br /> Mr. Ball directed the secretary to contact Michael DiMaggio and inform him a <br /> v.o.c. test has been taken. <br />
