"This is a voluntary repair as <br /> neither Mr. Evans nor I went out to certify it in failure." <br /> Mr. Cram stated, "In my opinion, I would request a denitrification unit." <br /> Mr. Doherty stated, "I am concerned with the close proximity to Dean's Pond." "I <br /> am inclined to require a denitrification unit also unless the engineer can show that the <br /> effluent is not believed to be traveling to Dean's Pond." <br /> Mr. McQuaid stated, "Why don't we request the engineer's attendance at the next <br /> meeting date." <br /> Board members agreed. <br /> Mr. Cram motioned to deny the variance relief requested without prejudice, Mr. <br /> Doherty seconded, all agreed. <br /> *****OLD BUSINESS***** <br /> Variance request - 20 Starboard Drive <br /> Mr. Phil Tribou, lot owner, was in attendance. <br /> Mr. McQuaid stated, "Last week this Board rejected plans because the list of <br /> variances was incomplete." "The engineer has resubmitted plans and the variance <br /> requests." <br /> Mr. Doherty relayed, "The variances are again stated incorrectly." <br /> Mr. Ball stated, "I have no problem with the variance relief however they are <br /> stated wrong." <br /> Mr. McQuaid stated, "Plans do not have an original stamp by the engineer and <br /> land surveyor." <br /> Mr. Doherty motioned to deny the variance requests based on incomplete plans, <br /> Mr. Cram seconded, all agreed. <br />
