MINUTES February 4, 1999 13 BOARD OF HEALTH <br /> Mr. McQuaid disagreed and added, "We should be there". <br /> Ms. Mayer noted, "If the Board is willing to do this on my behalf, I would really <br /> appreciate it". <br /> Mr. Ball recommended to Ms. Mayer to write a memo to the Board of Selectmen <br /> requesting to be placed on the Agenda in Executive Session. <br /> Acknowledged. <br /> *****DISCUSSION***** <br /> Proposed Trash Hauler's Recycling Regulation - Mr. Doherty recommended <br /> modifying last sentence of para B, due to a non-defining penalty structure and <br /> move it to para C. <br /> Ms Mayer suggested she would contend with the wording until it is concise. <br /> Ms Mayer asked, "Could you set the fines in the letter sent to the hauler? <br /> Mr. Doherty stated, "It should be in the regulation with the maximum up to $300. <br /> Ms Mayer stated, "This will be a public hearing for a proposed regulation and I <br /> will set up the date, send letter to the haulers and advertise in the paper". <br /> FYI <br /> Mr. Cram noted title changes from the office of the Town Administrator. <br /> Acknowledged. <br /> Being no further business, Mr. Ball motioned to adjourn this meeting at 8:55 p.m., <br /> Mr. Doherty seconded, all agreed. <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> Sandra Hicks <br /> Pro tem Board Secretary <br />
