MINUTES March 4, 1999 6 BOARD OF HEALTH <br /> Mr. McQuaid is going to send information to Town Administrator Robert <br /> Whritenour so that he is not surprised by the financial situation being faced by <br /> the Board of Health. <br /> Mr. McQuaid made the statement that "if this doesn't work out, I'm going <br /> to be approximately $60,000 short on my solid waste budget in addition to the <br /> increase from last year to this year." <br /> Mr. Ball questioned, "If you are $60,000 short, shouldn't we seriously <br /> consider going up on the transfer station stickers?" <br /> Mr. McQuaid responded, "It still wouldn't be enough. The issue of <br /> sticker prices is still something that the Board has to tackle." <br /> Mr. Cram then reminded the Board of a budget meeting on Monday, <br /> March 8th with the Board of Selectmen. <br /> 10. Memo to the Town Clerk and Building Inspector re: AMT <br /> Board acknowledged. <br /> 11. Emergency Failure Certification - 187 Wading Place Road <br /> Board members forwarded their signatures to the "Emergency Failure <br /> Certificate" form. <br /> 12. Human Services Open House 3/10/99 <br /> Board acknowledged. <br /> NEW BUSINESS <br /> I Budget meeting with Selectmen March 8, 1999 at 5:30. Board <br /> acknowledged that they would be in attendance. <br /> Change in meeting date. Mr. Cram explained that Mr. Doherty will have <br /> a schedule conflict over the next 11 weeks and is requesting that the Board <br /> change their meeting day from Thursday to Wednesday. No concerts were <br /> expressed. Mr. Ball motioned to change the meeting day to Wednesdays until <br /> the end of June and Mr. Cram seconded the motion. All agreed, motion passes. <br />
