Mr. McQuaid stated, "There's no reserve on this plan. That's another variance the Board should also look at." Mr. Ball motioned to grant the variance of 15'from the existing well at 69 Nick Trail to the proposed septic system, a variance of l'from the adjusted high ground water, and to have no reserve required. Mr. Cram seconded the motion. All in favor. Motion passed. 2. Letters to N. Caffyn & R. Kalaghan re: DEP invoices Board acknowledged. 3. Request for Proposals ad Mr. McQuaid stated, "This was faxed to us by Weston & Sampson. They are ready to put the final touches on it, but they would like you to approve this ad to go into the paper as is. It should go into the paper next week." Mr. Ball motioned to accept the Request for Proposals/Request for Qualifications prepared by Weston & Sampson for the operation and maintenance of the Mashpee Transfer Station and maintenance of the Closed Mashpee Sanitary Landfill. Mr. Cram seconded the motion. All in favor. Motion passed. Mr. Cram also authorized Weston & Sampson to publish the Request for Proposals/Request for Qualifications in the Dodge Report, Central Register and local newspapers. 4. Variance request: 26 Huron Avenue Applicant is requesting a variance for the installation of a septic system within 150' of neighboring wells. Mr. Ball stated, "I'm not comfortable with this. We don't know where the wells are and these are very small lots." Mr. Cram stated, "We've got to have more information on the existing well locations." Mr. McQuaid added, "More homework to be done on this plan."
