Motion passed. <br /> 8. Memo to Watershed Committee re: April 20, 2000 meeting with Ed Eichner <br /> Board acknowledged. <br /> 9. Revised letter to CCC Ed Eichner re: Talanian Proiect <br /> Mr. McQuaid presented the Board with a clarification letter to.the Cape Cod <br /> Commission with regard to the Talanian project and Life at Mashpee. <br /> Mr. Cram motioned to accept this letter. Mr. Doherty seconded the motion. <br /> Motion passed. <br /> 10. Commercial septic plans (temporary) - New Seabury Golf Maintenance Building <br /> The applicant is requesting approval to install a temporary title V septic system <br /> for the New Seabury Golf Maintenance building until their wastewater <br /> treatment facility is operating. <br /> Mr. Doherty motioned to approve the temporary Title V septic system at the <br /> New Seabury Golf Maintenance building with the stipulation that the fire <br /> department reports to the Board of Health on fuel dispensers shown on the <br /> submitted plan and that the temporary system be used for the next 18-24 <br /> months only. Mr. Cram seconded the motion. Motion passed. <br /> APPOINTMENT: Edward Pesce re: 23 Wilson's Grove <br /> Mr. Edward Pesce was in attendance for this scheduled appointment. <br /> Mr. Pesce stated that this project has been before the Board in the past. He has since <br /> revised the plans and has raised the groundwater elevation to Wand there is now a 4' <br /> separation to groundwater. The plans now show a timber retaining wall for fill and <br /> bringing up the grading. The existing septic tank has not been located and is <br /> assumed to be under the shed. The existing leach pit is in front of the house. <br /> Mr. Pesce stated that,the applicant is requesting a variance of 7'from the leaching <br /> system to the foundation, a variance of 7.4'from the leaching system to the sideline, a <br /> variance of 5'from the leaching system to the town water line, a variance of 3'for the <br /> removal of unsuitable surface soils surrounding the leaching system, a variance of 1' <br /> for the separation to adjusted high groundwater elevation. <br /> Mr. Cram motioned to grant the variances as outlined in a cover letter from Pesce <br /> Engineering and Associates dated April 6, 2000. Mr. Doherty seconded the motion. <br /> Motion passed. <br /> 11. Variance request: <br /> 196 Captain's Row <br /> Applicant is requesting a variance of 4.4'from the primary soil absorption <br /> system to the wetlands and a variance of 7.5'from the reserve soil absorption <br /> system to the wetlands. <br />
