MINUTES April 6, 2000 .4 BOARD OF HEALTH <br /> Mr. Cram motioned to grant the variances as outlined in a cover letter from J.E. <br /> Landers-Cauley, P.E. dated April 3, 2000. Mr. Doherty seconded the motion. <br /> Motion passed. <br /> 27 Cordwood Road <br /> The applicant is requesting a variance of 34'from the proposed soil absorption <br /> system to the abutting well at house #28. <br /> Mr. Cram motioned to grant the variance as outlined in a cover letter from <br /> Down Cape Engineering date March 30, 2000. Mr. Doherty seconded the <br /> motion. Motion passed. <br /> 4 Sakonnet Drive <br /> The applicant is requesting a variance of 5'from the proposed soil absorption <br /> system to the side and rear property lot lines, a variance of 9' from the proposed <br /> reserve area to the rear property line and a variance of 5'from the proposed <br /> reserve area to the side property line. <br /> Mr. Cram motioned to grant the variances as outlined in a cover letter from <br /> Cape & Islands Engineering dated March 29, 2000. Mr. Doherty seconded the <br /> motion. Motion passed. <br /> 55 Bayshore Drive <br /> The applicant is requesting a variance of 8'from the proposed reserve soil <br /> absorption system to the street property line, a variance of 4'from the proposed <br /> soil absorption system to the street property line, a variance of 8' from the <br /> proposed soil absorption system to the well servicing house #51, and a variance <br /> of 3' from the proposed soil absorption system to the proposed well for house <br /> #55. <br /> Mr. Doherty motioned to grant the variances as outlined in a cover letter from <br /> Cape & Islands Engineering dated April 6, 2000. Mr. Cram seconded the <br /> motion. Motion passed. <br /> 278 Simons Narrows Road <br /> The applicant is requesting a variance of 36'from the proposed soil absorption <br /> system to the well servicing 15 Starboard Lane and a variance of 47' from the <br /> proposed soil absorption system to the well servicing 284 Simons Narrows <br /> Road. <br /> Mr. Cram motioned to grant the variances,as outlined in a cover letter from <br /> Ferreira Associates dated March 30, 2000 with the stipulation that the engineer <br /> submits revised plans or verifies the availability of Town water. Mr. Doherty <br /> seconded the motion. Motion passed. <br /> 12. Emergency Failure Certification <br /> 7 Terry Avenue <br /> Mr. McQuaid indicated that the leach pit is full and that the installation of a <br /> new distribution box and three 500-gallon drywells was necessary. <br />
