MINUTES March 29, 2001 6 BOARD OF HEALTH <br /> Board acknowledged. <br /> C. 7 Cranberry.Avenue <br /> Ms. Warden informed Board members that the house at 7 Cranberry Avenue <br /> has been condemned by the Board of Health and has been boarded up by the <br /> Department of Public Works. <br /> d. Porcelli's Pizzeria <br /> Ms. Warden stated that she performed a pre-opening inspection on March 30, <br /> 2001 and is requesting the Board approve a 2001 Food Service Permit. <br /> Mr. Doherty motioned to grant a 2001 Food Service Permit for Porcelli's <br /> Pizzeria. Mr. Santos seconded the motion. Motion passed. <br /> C. HoneyDew Donuts <br /> Ms. Warden stated that it was an oversight on her part to not bring HoneyDew <br /> Donuts before the Board for approval of their 2001 Food Service Permit for a <br /> new location at John's Pond Center (formerly Dunkin' Donuts) on Route 151. <br /> Mr. Doherty motioned to issue a 2001 Food Service Permit to HoneyDew <br /> Donuts location in John's Pond Center.
