Ball, Chairman <br /> 1. Sign warrants. Warrants signed. <br /> 2. Approve minutes of March 1, 2001 meeting <br /> Mr. Santos motioned to approve the minutes from the March 1, 2001 meeting. <br /> Mr. Doherty seconded the motion. Motion passed. <br /> 3. Memo from Town Administrator re: Draft Solid Waste Mgmt. Transition Plan <br /> Board acknowledged. <br /> . 4. FYI: MMR Impact Area Groundwater Study Program meeting April 21, 2001 <br /> Board acknowledged. <br /> 5. Weston & Sampson Quarterly Landfill Gas Monitoring report (March 2001) <br /> Board acknowledged. <br /> 6. Fee Waiver: Habitat for Humanity <br /> Mr. Doherty motioned to waive the fees for the building of Habitat for Humanity <br /> homes at the following properties: map 71, parcel 144; map 71, parcel 142; and <br /> map 71, parcel 143. Mr. Santos seconded the motion. Motion passed. <br /> 7. Variance requests with habitable space verification - 399 Monomoscoy Road <br /> (cont'd from previous meeting) <br /> The applicant is requesting a variance of 5' from the soil absorption system and <br /> reserve to the property line, a variance of 1' from the soil absorption system to <br /> the slab foundation and a variance to allow the system to be designed with a <br /> 19.4% reduction maintaining the 5' separation to the adjusted groundwater. <br /> Ms. Warden stated that she verified three bedrooms at the property. <br /> Mr. Santos motioned to grant the variances as requested in a cover letter from <br /> Cape & Islands Engineering dated March 21, 2001. Mr. Doherty seconded the <br /> motion. Motion passed. <br />
