Smoking Ban Petition <br /> Discussion took place regarding the smoking ban petition article for the <br /> upcoming town meeting. Mr. Santos stated that he would like to see the article <br /> revised and re-written by the Board of Health because they will ultimately be <br /> the enforcing office. Mr. Doherty stated that he was in favor of the intention of <br /> the article but not how it was being pushed through at town meeting instead of <br /> by the Board of Health. <br /> Being no further business, Mr. Doherty motioned to adjourn this meeting at 8:30 p.m. <br /> Mr. Santos seconded the motion, all agreed. <br /> Resp c 1 submitted, <br /> L cy .
