Building plans were presented by Cape and Island <br /> Steel, the building had the approval of the committee, It was recommended the signage be <br /> submitted for review, a landscape plan is required which shows lighting, dumpster <br /> location with screening, specified plantings etc. it was requested to pull the parking off the <br /> loading dock side of the property to allow for screening and a buffer, the understanding is <br /> that there is to be no outside storage or overnight parking which would require a different <br /> review, have DPW director Greg Taylor review the drainage and also the Board of Health <br /> which would require MDC basins in place of the trap rock apron. <br /> New Seabury - a review of a temporary sign under 6 square feet on weekends for their <br /> concerts which is to be placed over the existing Route 28 rotary sign.
