Design Review Committee reviewed the plans with Mr. Bornstein: <br /> • Dumpsters at back wall only need 10 feet,rather than 20 feet shown. <br /> • Put in 4 loading docks but won't be able to get in them...one goes through handicap area. <br /> • Don't depress loading area <br /> • Show where 9 parking spaces are behind building 2. <br /> • Mr. Bornstein said they will be putting wall unit air conditioners in the offices. Design Review said these wall <br /> units should be shown on the Plan. <br /> • Need cross-section; Floor Plans; and colors to be submitted to be reviewed. <br /> • Concrete wall shown on Plan around whole perimeter of buildings—why? <br /> • Show lighting on Plan. <br /> • Show Site lighting Plan. Mr. Bornstein said they have Plan used for Cape Cod Commission, which he'll bring in <br /> for next meeting. <br /> • Finished Plan...dimension fence; clearing line; and retention walls should be shown. <br /> Landscape Plan...the cypress are really spread out and are not good screening. Mr. Bornstein responded that this <br /> is an industrial site and it's a waste of money doing these plantings. Walter responded that is his position but <br /> Design Review merely makes recommendations and it is up to the next Board to make decision. <br /> • Design Review will send written recommendations to the Planning Board. Also will recommend to make sure all <br /> plantings from existing projects be done or don't issue occupancy pemrit. <br /> • Mr. Bornstein made the suggestion that he take some of the trees and move down about 20 feet. Design Review <br /> said he should have the engineer put on Plan for this Committee to look at it. <br /> • Mr. Bornstein asked if there is somebody they could call if they have any questions. Walter said they have his <br /> number and can call him. Walter stated that site-engineering plans don't match architectural plans. He suggested <br /> they should get together to know what each other is doing. <br /> Conclusion: Not approved. Revised Plans to be submitted. Design Review is advisory Board and will send written <br /> recommendations to the Planning Board.
