outlets. The plaza will be brick, exactly like the plaza east of South Street. There will be 13 bollards along South Street, similar to the other side of the street. The plaza will be constructed within 2 feet of F-1, which is a future construction site. Landscapint There will be 2 street trees along South Street and 12 street trees surrounding the parking lot. They include Little Leaf Lindens, Lacebark Elms and Bradford Pears. Shrubs and }ground cover including junipers in the parking aisles and dwarf yews line the sidewalk west of the building. The plant list is consistent with what was submitted December, 2002. The landscaping plan will need to be reviewed by the CCC, as Phase III landscaping was escrowed by the CCC. These plantings have been selected to provide wind breaks, reduce noise from Route 28, add seasonal interest, create cooling shade and screen cars. Planting beds in the parking aisles will be slightly bermed to add height to the vegetation. Shrubs in the medians (aisles) have been selected to withstand roadside conditions and require minimal care. All planting areas are irrigated. The sidewalk between the Route 28 sidewalk and the westerly sidewalk adjacent to the building will be constructed as part of Phase III. But it will move slightly to line up with the pedestrian plaza Lavout Plan The Layout Plan, prepared by Baxter & Nye, is virtually identical to the Layout Plan prepared in December, 2002, with two minor exceptions.
