✓�� ,5 <br /> Mashpee Design Review Committee <br /> Minutes of Meeting Held Thursday,February 9,2006 <br /> Mashpee Town Hall Meeting Room 3 <br /> Committee Members Present: Walter Yarosh, Thomas O'Hara, Lee Gurney, Robert Nelson, and Richard <br /> Stevens. <br /> Absent: Mary LeBlanc <br /> Summary <br /> • 538 Falmouth Road— Signage not approved...exceeds by-law allowance. <br /> • 23 Simons Road,Breakaway— Signage stamped approved. <br /> • Ayoub Engineering,Mobil Oil Corporation—Will return to Design Review with modified Site Plans, <br /> including photographs to show what Site and signage will look like. <br /> • Maffei Landscape—Plan showing regrading of front stamped approved. <br /> • Duck Pond Limited Partnership—Daniel Ojala(project engineer), will schedule site review for <br /> Applicant and Design Review Committee to do a walk of the site; Daniel will place rough"stakes"near <br /> the property line for this site visit;Daniel also to bring Plan and mark on the Plan what would be cleared <br /> so Design Review can see what would be left; and Daniel to place flag on 35 foot landscape pole so the <br /> Committee and applicant can see where it can be seen since each of the 2 buildings on the Site Plan are <br /> shown to be 400 feet long and 35 feet tall. Design Review asked Applicant to bring to next meeting <br /> with Design Review the Plans that Cape Cod Commission were shown. Sheldon, Fire Department, <br /> should be at next meeting when this project is to be reviewed. <br /> Walter Yarosh, Chairman, called the meeting to order at 8:30 a.m. <br /> Sins <br /> 538 Falmouth Road <br /> Marlene Susienka <br /> Roof sign and chalk board attached to the side of the building <br /> Marlene Susienka appeared with photos of signage she was proposing to place on roof of shed and chalk board <br /> to be attached to side of the building to list real estate property sites. Walter explained that size is a problem <br /> and that the by-law was made to prevent billboard-type signage. <br /> Conclusion: Signage not approved...exceeds by-law allowance. <br /> 23 Simons Road <br /> Breakaway <br /> John Bellerose <br /> Signage application reviewed. <br /> Conclusion: Signage stamped approved. <br />
